Every spring, on the second Saturday in June, Steinmeier Estates hosts a neighborhood-wide garage sale.  Typically around 40 homes are selling, and that brings in lots of buyers.  It is a fun day to walk or bike around Steinmeier to find great deals on home goods, tools, kids toys, clothes, and sports equipment.

Every spring Steinmeier residents come out of hibernation to enjoy a fun morning of coffee, donuts, 1,100 candy-stuffed Easter eggs, and a visit from the Easter Bunny!  This year did not disappoint.  The weather was fantastic and lots of neighbors came out to enjoy the first of many beautiful spring Saturday mornings in Steinmeier Estates!
